Unleashing the power of green spaces we introduce to you Glasbren - deep in the West Wales wilderness where stewardship of the land and nature connection inspire a healthy, harmonious and globally-responsible community.Glasbren is host to a thriving Community Supported Agriculture initiative and they welcome individuals from all ages to join in their harvesting, courses, gatherings and volunteering days throughout the year.

Regeneration is their goal - whether it’s reigniting the imagination of a child through nature, teaching about ecological farming and how to be mindful and enhance bio-diversity in our outdoor spaces or if it’s to simply sit with nature and increase health and wellness through green spaces.
